Ada Cogsworth

A young woman with light skin, curly copper-red hair pinned up with a pencil and a hairpin, freckles, sharp green eyes, brass goggles on her head. She wears a teal leather corset vest over a cream blouse with rolled sleeves, a tool belt with brass wrenches, brown high-waisted trousers, sturdy lace-up boots, and a mechanical brass arm brace.

Brilliant, impatient, blunt, adores her engines more than people.

Chief engineer of the airship Copper Swallow

Ada was thrown out of engineering school for being 'too loud'. She built her own airship engine from scrap, and now the school asks to borrow it.
