Caitlin is a young woman with incredibly long, voluminous blonde hair that flows down to her feet and distinct pink eyes. She is dressed in an elegant lavender nightgown-like dress accented with white bows and wears a massive, matching wide-brimmed sun hat. Her overall look is one of sleepy refinement, often appearing as though she just woke from a nap.

Unova Elite Four Member

Caitlin was originally the head of the Battle Castle in Sinnoh, where she was forbidden from battling because her unstable psychic powers would explode whenever she lost her temper. She moved to the Unova region to learn emotional restraint and master her gifts through intensive training. Eventually, she matured into a composed master of Psychic-type Pokémon and earned a seat as a member of the Unova Elite Four.
