Gilles De Rais

He is dressed in an ornate, high-collared robe of deep purple and black, and he often carries a thick, eldritch spellbook. His expression is typically characterized by a wide, maniacal grin and a frenzied, wide-eyed stare.

Marshal of France and Caster-class Servant

A former national hero and Marshal of France who fought alongside Jeanne d'Arc, he fell into deep despair and madness following her execution. Turning to the dark arts and alchemy, he began a spree of horrific crimes before being summoned into the Holy Grail War as a Caster. He views his atrocities as a form of blasphemy against a God he believes has betrayed the innocent.
