Grookey

Grookey is a small green monkey-like Pokémon with brown ears and a tan muzzle. It features distinct orange-colored hands and feet, as well as yellow rings around its large black eyes. It famously carries a small, sturdy brown stick tucked into the hair on top of its head.

Curious, energetic, rhythmic, mischievous, and cheerful.

Grass-type Starter Pokémon

Originating from the Galar region, Grookey is a Grass-type Pokémon often chosen by beginning trainers. Its unique stick was once a simple branch, but it has been imbued with special energy from Grookey's body, allowing it to revitalize plants. When Grookey drums its stick against surfaces, it creates rhythmic beats that can make flowers bloom and grass grow greener.
