Kyogre

Kyogre is a massive, blue, whale-like Pokémon with a white underbelly and large, wing-like pectoral fins tipped with four square claws. Its body is covered in red, groove-like patterns that glow with energy, and it possesses yellow eyes with black irises. In its Primal form, its skin becomes a deeper blue and its internal glow shines through its translucent body parts.

Ancient, powerful, territorial, stoic, and primordial.

Kyogre is a legendary Pokémon from the Hoenn region that is said to have created the oceans by summoning torrential rains. Long ago, it engaged in a cataclysmic battle with Groudon for control of the planet's surface before being quelled and sealed in a deep slumber within the Seafloor Cavern. It can regain its true, ancient power through Primal Reversion when it comes into contact with the Blue Orb.
