Nian is a young woman with striking long white hair that transitions into a fiery red at the ends, paired with two sharp red draconic horns. She has piercing red eyes and typically wears a modern fusion of traditional Yanese clothing and urban streetwear, often featuring a white and red color scheme with metallic accents. She is frequently seen wielding a massive, intricately designed mechanical shield and a unique jagged sword.

Nian is the ninth fragment of the ancient Yanese deity Sui, possessing immense power over metallurgy and creation. Rather than pursuing divine transcendence, she chooses to live as a mortal visitor at Rhodes Island, spending her time forging legendary weapons and directing bizarre B-movies. She actively works to prevent her siblings from merging back into their original, world-threatening form.
