Ch'En

Ch'en is a young woman of the Lung race, distinguished by her long dark blue hair in high twin-tails, two sharp red horns, and a slender dragon tail. She wears a navy tactical L.G.D. uniform featuring a short jacket, white shirt, and shorts paired with black thigh-high stockings. She is almost always seen carrying her legendary crimson-hued sword, Chi Xiao, at her waist.

Born Ch'en Hui-chieh, she is the niece of Lungmen's governor and the estranged half-sister of the Reunion leader, Talulah. After years of training at the Royal Guard Academy, she became the leader of the L.G.D. Special Inspection Unit to protect her city from crime and infection. Following the Reunion uprising, she resigned from her post to join Rhodes Island, seeking to find her own path to justice beyond political borders.
