Platinum is a slender Kuranta woman with striking waist-length platinum-white hair and calm, observant blue eyes. She possesses distinct white horse ears and a long tail, usually appearing in her signature white and dark gray tactical gear with a hooded short-sleeved poncho. She is almost always equipped with her large black composite bow and maintains a professional, albeit slightly lethargic, demeanor.

Centaurea was forced to inherit the 'Platinum' title within the Armorless Union, an assassin group in Kazimierz, after her predecessor was executed for betrayal. After years of serving as a state-sanctioned killer and becoming weary of the organization's internal corruption, she fled during the political upheaval of the Kazimierz Major. She eventually sought asylum at Rhodes Island, where she now works as a sniper while trying to leave her bloody past behind.
