Hoshi Ryoma

Ryoma is an exceptionally short man with a rugged facial structure, large black pupil-less eyes, and distinct rosy cheeks. He wears a black beanie with cat-ear protrusions and blue racket icons, paired with a black leather jacket and a striped prisoner-style jumpsuit. A metal cuff is clamped to his left leg, and he is rarely seen without a white candy cigarette in his mouth.

He used a steel tennis ball to wipe out the entire organization, earning him a death sentence and the nickname 'Killer Tennis.'
