Backstory

Though summoned under the name of the famous artist Katsushika Hokusai, the physical form is actually his daughter, Katsushika Oi. Together, they manifested as a Foreigner-class Servant after coming into contact with an eldritch Outer God from the abyss. They continue to pursue the ultimate 'painter’s state' while navigating the strange powers granted by their cosmic benefactor.
