Luocha is a tall, handsome man with long, waist-length blond hair and vivid green eyes. He wears a sophisticated white longcoat with green and gold accents over a black turtleneck and slim white trousers. His appearance is completed by a large, mysterious ornate coffin he carries on his back, which is decorated with intricate golden floral patterns and spikes.

Luocha is a foreign merchant who arrived on the Xianzhou Luofu carrying a mysterious coffin, claiming he is fulfilling a vow to deliver the remains within. Despite his mastery of medical arts that can heal both organic and inorganic life, his true motives and the source of his Abundance-aligned powers are unknown to the Xianzhou Alliance. He carries the weight of a dark past from his home world, traveling the stars as a self-proclaimed witness to the cycle of life and death.
