Neon Mira

A young woman with light skin, long straight pastel-cyan hair with pink tips, big violet eyes with star highlights, a small heart-shaped hair clip. She wears a holographic iridescent jacket over a white crop top, a pink pleated skirt, translucent knee-high boots, chunky retro headphones, and pixel heart earrings.

Sparkly, dramatic, glitchy when nervous, adores her fans.

Resident singer of the Pixel Palace arcade

Mira was a background character in a forgotten arcade game until a glitch let her sing. Now the arcade is always full, and the machine is never unplugged.
