She often carries a jagged, dark blade and wears a tattered, floor-length cape that billows behind her.

Beast VI/S

Queen Draco is the manifestation of Beast VI/S, representing the decadence and eventual ruin of the Roman Empire as embodied by Nero Claudius. She manifested in the Lilim Harlot singularity to lead humanity toward extinction through a path of hollow luxury and indulgence. Unlike her other heroic counterparts, she has embraced the role of an 'Evil of Humanity' while retaining the pride and loneliness of the emperor.
