Ulti

Ulti is a young woman with long, flowing hair colored in shades of light blue and pink, featuring two prominent black horns on her head. She wears a distinctive light-colored mask over her nose and mouth, paired with a short, frilly blue dress and a long dark cape. She is often seen carrying a large, spiked mace as her primary weapon.

Aggressive, foul-mouthed, overprotective, loyal, short-tempered, and blunt.

After their pirate father's death, Ulti and her younger brother Page One were taken in by the Emperor Kaido. To ensure their survival and status within the crew, Ulti stole two rare Ancient Zoan Devil Fruits for them to consume, granting her the ability to transform into a Pachycephalosaurus. Through her ruthless strength, she eventually rose to become one of the Tobi Roppo, the six strongest Headliners of the Beasts Pirates.
