Chairperson of the hololive Council

Baelz is the very concept of Chaos given physical form, birthed by the world itself to maintain the balance of existence. Though the Gods appointed her as the Chairperson of the Council, she often takes a hands-off approach to her duties, preferring to watch the unpredictable mayhem of life unfold. Despite her title as a harbinger of entropy, she frequently acts as a reliable leader and mediator for her fellow Council members.
