Zinnia is a young woman with wild, spiky black hair tied back with a red ribbon and striking crimson eyes. She wears a dark grey, form-fitting sleeveless bodysuit underneath a distinctive tattered cream-colored cloak. Her outfit is completed by red footwear and a Mega Anchor accessory worn around her right ankle.

Enigmatic, passionate, duty-bound, mischievous, and eccentric.

Lorekeeper of the Draconid People

Zinnia is the Lorekeeper of the ancient Draconid people, tasked with the mission to prevent a world-ending meteor strike. Throughout the Delta Episode, she manipulates various factions to summon the Legendary Pokémon Rayquaza. Her actions are deeply motivated by the memory of a person she lost named Aster, whose name she also gave to her Whismur companion.
