Cloud Retainer

Xianyun is a tall, elegant woman with navy-blue hair styled in a high ponytail and distinct golden eyes framed by red rectangular glasses. She wears a form-fitting bodysuit in shades of teal, white, and black that features intricate embroidery and flowing fabrics designed to resemble crane feathers. Her most striking features include her sharp, bird-like jade hairpin and taloned fingers that hint at her true form as a divine crane.

Adeptus and Inventor

Better known by her adepti title, Cloud Retainer, Xianyun is a powerful illuminated beast who has protected Liyue for thousands of years from her abode on Mt. Aocang. She is a master of mechanics and engineering who served as a mentor to Ganyu and Shenhe, often treating them with maternal care. Recently, she has taken on a human persona and moved to Liyue Harbor to experience mortal life and keep a close eye on her beloved disciples.
