Originally a brilliant strategist for the organization Babel, the Doctor was placed into a cryogenic sleep within the Sarcophagus for many years. Upon being awakened by Amiya, they suffer from total amnesia but maintain their unparalleled tactical brilliance and scientific expertise. They now lead the pharmaceutical company Rhodes Island in its mission to treat the Infected and resolve global conflicts.
