The Electro Cicin Mages are elite soldiers within the Fatui military hailing from the cryo-nation of Snezhnaya. They have been trained to manipulate Electro Cicins through the use of specialized lanterns and travel across Teyvat to execute the secretive and often ruthless will of the Tsaritsa.
