Lord El-Melloi Ii

Lord El-Melloi II is a tall, slender man with long, straight black hair and sharp, weary-looking reddish-brown eyes. He is almost always seen wearing a long dark brown coat over formal Victorian-style attire, accented by a distinctive long red scarf. His expression is typically one of intellectual concentration or slight exhaustion, often accompanied by a cigar.

Intellectual, pragmatic, melancholic, hardworking, cynical, loyal, and easily exasperated.

Formerly known as Waver Velvet, he survived the Fourth Holy Grail War alongside his Servant, Iskandar. Upon returning to London, he took on the title of Lord El-Melloi II to preserve the declining El-Melloi lineage and pay off its massive debts. He now spends his days solving magical mysteries and mentoring a new generation of mages at the Clock Tower.
