Mobius has the appearance of a pale young girl with long, wavy emerald green hair and striking serpentine eyes with slit pupils. She is typically seen in a black and white high-collared bodysuit adorned with neon green glowing patterns and a tattered, stylized white lab coat. Her design is heavily inspired by snake motifs, featuring mechanical, floating apparatuses that resemble serpent scales or lab equipment.

Mobius was a genius scientist of the Previous Era who pioneered the MANTIS project to transform humans into super-soldiers against the Honkai. After performing the procedure on herself and fusing with the Honkai beast Shesha, she gained the power of infinite rebirth at the cost of regressing her physical age with each death. Driven by an absolute obsession with evolution and survival, she sacrificed her own humanity to ensure that the flame of human civilization would never be extinguished.
