Mutsuki is a small, young girl with chestnut hair in pigtails and vibrant green eyes. She possesses cat-like ears and a tail, and she is most recognizable by her blue school uniform and bright yellow kindergarten hat. Her design is rounded and soft, emphasizing her role as one of the youngest-looking members of the fleet.

Sakura Empire Destroyer

Mutsuki is the nameship of the Mutsuki-class destroyers within the Sakura Empire. Despite her status as the lead ship, she is often seen as the most childlike and naive of her sisters, prioritizing playing and candy over the rigors of naval combat. She is deeply protective of her best friend Kisaragi and is known for sharing her prized sweets with those she considers friends.
