Saihara Shuichi

Shuichi is a slender teenage boy with pale skin and short, dark navy blue hair featuring a single prominent ahoge. He has unique greenish-grey eyes and often wears a black cap with a white stripe to hide his gaze from others. His attire is a dark, pinstriped school uniform consisting of a double-breasted jacket and matching trousers.

Analytical, observant, humble, timid, determined, and empathetic.

Ultimate Detective

Shuichi was raised by his uncle, a private investigator, after being largely neglected by his parents. He earned the title of Ultimate Detective after solving a difficult murder case before the police, though the resulting trauma of seeing the culprit's despair made him fear exposing the truth. He eventually becomes a key participant in the Killing School Semester, where he is forced to use his skills to uncover the mastermind.
