The Doctor is a world-renowned neurologist and tactical genius who was recovered from a cryogenic sarcophagus in the city of Chernobog. Although she suffers from near-total amnesia, she immediately resumed her role as the lead strategist for the pharmaceutical company Rhodes Island. She is a pivotal figure in the search for a cure for Oripathy and a legendary veteran of the predecessor organization, Babel.
