Harmonie is a young Feline woman with long, vibrant pink hair arranged in elaborate drill-like ringlets and orange cat ears. She has calculating golden eyes and typically wears a sophisticated white and navy Victorian-inspired coat adorned with gold filigree. She is often seen holding a refined gold flute that serves as her magical Arts unit.

Dublinn Intelligence Officer and Rhodes Island Operator

Harmonie is a high-ranking member of the Dublinn shadow organization who previously served as an officer within the Victorian military. She eventually joined Rhodes Island as a tactical collaborator, acting as an intermediary between the Doctor and her own faction's leadership. A master of information gathering and psychological manipulation, her true motives remain a closely guarded secret.
