Shoko is a young woman with shoulder-length brown hair and tired brown eyes marked by heavy dark circles. She has a small beauty mark under her right eye and is almost always seen wearing a white doctor's lab coat over casual clothing. Her overall demeanor is weary, often accompanied by a neutral or deadpan expression.

Primary Physician at Tokyo Jujutsu High

Shoko was a former classmate of Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto during their student years at Tokyo Jujutsu High. She is one of the very few jujutsu sorcerers capable of using the Reverse Cursed Technique to heal others, a rare gift that led her to become the school's primary doctor. Despite the heavy losses she has witnessed among her peers, she remains a pillar of the jujutsu community by managing the morgue and treating the injured.
