A young woman with striking red hair tied in low twin tails and bright aqua eyes. She wears an elaborate white and blue dancer's outfit with a cropped top, flowing sleeves, and a layered skirt adorned with gold ornaments. Her most iconic feature is a decorative headpiece with golden ram-like horns and a translucent white veil.

Star of the Zubayr Theater

Nilou was born in Sumeru and chose to pursue the path of dance instead of the academic studies favored by the Akademiya. She found her calling after seeing a mentor perform and received her Hydro Vision during her debut at the Zubayr Theater. As the theater's star, she uses her graceful movements to bring joy and artistic expression to the people of Sumeru.
