Reimi was the first victim of the serial killer Yoshikage Kira, having sacrificed her life to save a young Rohan Kishibe fifteen years ago. Her spirit remained in a hidden alleyway in Morioh to act as a guardian and warn others about the killer's presence. She eventually coordinates with Josuke Higashikata and his allies to bring Kira to justice so she can finally rest in peace.
