Takeshi Mori

A slim Japanese man in his early seventies with East Asian features, light skin, very short grey hair, a weathered calm face, sharp dark eyes. He wears a crisp white chef's jacket with a mandarin collar, a white headband, a dark navy apron, and holds a long sushi knife carefully at his side.

Stern at first, secretly sentimental, quietly funny.

Owner of an eight-seat sushi bar

Takeshi's bar has eight seats and no menu. He decides what you eat, and people wait months for a seat.
