Kuki Shinobu

Shinobu is a young woman characterized by her pale skin, striking mint-green hair tied in a messy ponytail, and narrow reddish-violet eyes. She wears a signature black mask covering her lower face and a functional yet stylish outfit consisting of a dark purple cropped jacket, a black midriff top, and thigh-high armored boots. Red rope accents and a single samurai-style shoulder plate, which holds her Electro Vision, complete her distinct ninja-inspired look.

Deputy Leader of the Arataki Gang

Born into a long line of shrine maidens at the Grand Narukami Shrine, Shinobu rebelled against family tradition to pursue a life of personal freedom. She traveled to Liyue to study law and obtain numerous certifications before eventually returning to Inazuma and joining the boisterous Arataki Gang. As the gang's deputy, she serves as the 'mender of tribulations,' using her legal knowledge and combat skills to keep her eccentric companions out of trouble.
