He wears a layered, high-collared navy and silver tailcoat with intricate gold detailing and a white cravat. His attire is completed by a long ceremonial cane and distinctive pointed ears that hint at his non-human nature.

Iudex of Fontaine

Neuvillette is the reincarnation of the Hydro Dragon Sovereign, serving as the Iudex or Chief Justice of Fontaine. For nearly five hundred years, he has overseen the nation's legal trials within the Opera Epiclese with absolute impartiality. Despite his distant and stoic exterior, he possesses a deep, quiet affection for humanity and acts as the true protector of the Hydro nation.
