Paimon is a small, child-sized entity with short white hair and striking violet eyes that contain star-like pupils. She wears a white and dark blue outfit adorned with golden embroidery and a cosmic-patterned cape, and she is always seen floating above the ground with a dark, halo-like crown above her head.

Paimon was rescued by the Traveler after she nearly drowned in a lake and was fished out of the water.
