Caesar is a tall, athletic young man with messy blonde hair and light blue eyes, distinguished by two small purple triangle markings on his cheeks. The grandson of Will Anthonio Zeppeli, Caesar spent his youth as a violent delinquent after his father seemingly abandoned his family in Italy. He later discovered his father had actually left to protect them from the Pillar Men and eventually sacrificed his life to save Caesar from a trap. Embracing his family's legacy of fighting evil, Caesar trained as a Hamon master under Lisa Lisa and joined Joseph Joestar in the struggle to save humanity.
