Elite soldier and mage for the Fatui
The Cicin Mages are elite female soldiers of the Fatui organization who originate from the frozen nation of Snezhnaya. They do not use Visions to control the elements, instead relying on the use of Mist Grass and synthetic alchemy to command elemental insects known as Cicins. They are frequently deployed across the continent of Teyvat to carry out secretive missions and eliminate any obstacles to the Fatui's grand designs.
