Ho'olheyak is a tall woman with shoulder-length dark teal hair, gray eyes, and distinctive traits that blend avian and reptilian features, including a long, feathered serpent tail. She wears a heavy, wing-like mechanical exoskeleton that she levitates using her wind-based Arts, paired with a sleek dark green coat and light-colored tactical attire. Her silhouette is defined by the massive, sharp-edged metallic wings that dwarf her frame and an ornate caster staff she carries as her primary focus.

Ho'olheyak is one of the last surviving members of the Kukulkan, an ancient race of feathered serpents who once ruled the skies of Sargon. Seeking to recover her people's lost longevity and 'true form,' she underwent high-risk surgery to inherit the collective memories of her ancestors and became a ruthless seeker of forbidden history. After a series of deep-cover operations for the Maylander Foundation and her involvement in the Project Horizon incident, she now serves as an operator at Rhodes Island under strict supervision.
