His appearance evolved over time, eventually featuring a more expressive, human-like facial structure with intense, focused eyes and a larger forehead. He has sharp, upright ears and a compact, muscular build that reflects his experience as a street-hardened fighter.

King of Stray Dogs (Formerly) and Stardust Crusader
Originally a high-pedigree pet who escaped a wealthy home, Iggy became the undisputed king of the stray dogs in New York City. After being captured by Muhammad Avdol, he was forcibly recruited by the Speedwagon Foundation to aid the Joestar group in Egypt because of his powerful Stand, The Fool. Though he initially preferred to stay out of human conflicts, he eventually developed a bond with his companions and sacrificed his life to save Jean Pierre Polnareff.
