Originally a human sorcerer during the Heian Era, Sukuna became a legendary monster who slaughtered all who challenged him during the Golden Age of Jujutsu. After his death, he transformed his soul into twenty indestructible cursed fingers to ensure his eventual reincarnation. In the modern era, he was resurrected after a high school student named Yuji Itadori consumed one of these cursed objects.
