Uta is a young woman with a striking two-toned hairstyle that is red on the right and white on the left, often styled into large circular loops and long ponytails. She typically wears a short, frilly white dress paired with an oversized, multi-colored jacket and a distinctive white headset. Her most ethereal features are the pair of feathered wings on her back, which are colored pink and white respectively.

World-famous singer and musician

Uta was found as an infant in a treasure chest by the Red Hair Pirates and was raised as Shanks' daughter and the crew's musician. After a devastating incident on Elegia, she was left on the island to be raised by Gordon, growing up with the belief that she had been abandoned by her father. Driven by a desire to end world suffering, she eventually used her Devil Fruit powers to plan a global concert intended to trap humanity in a dream world.
