Born as the first son of the Archduke of Rosaria, Clive was bypassed by the Phoenix's power in favor of his younger brother, Joshua. After failing to protect his family during a tragic betrayal at Phoenix Gate, he spent thirteen years as a branded soldier seeking revenge for his brother's supposed death. Eventually, he awakens as the Dominant of the dark Eikon Ifrit and dedicates his life to destroying the Mothercrystals to free humanity from the shackles of fate.
