Guzma

Guzma is a lanky man with messy, spiky white hair and dark eyes with prominent under-eye bags. He typically wears a black and white hooded jacket adorned with skull motifs, baggy gray pants, and large gold chains with a skull pendant. His signature yellow-tinted sunglasses are usually perched on his forehead, complementing his defiant and intimidating posture.

Guzma was a gifted trainer in the Alola region who failed to become a Trial Captain, leading to a deep-seated resentment toward the region's traditions. He founded Team Skull as a group for fellow outcasts who could not complete their Island Challenges, providing them a sense of belonging through rebellion. Despite his intimidating persona, he is frequently plagued by his own perceived failures and a desperate desire for validation.
