Quagsire

Quagsire is a bipedal, light blue amphibious creature with a wide, rounded body and a large head. It has tiny, dark, bead-like eyes and a perpetual, goofy grin on its wide mouth. Dark purple wavy patterns adorn its back, and it features a thick purple dorsal fin and a broad tail.
