Admiral Hipper is a petite girl with long blonde hair tied into distinctive twin tails and sharp, piercing amber eyes. She wears a red and black military-style dress uniform with gold accents and a white skirt, paired with black thigh-high stockings. Her design is complemented by massive, shark-shaped mechanical naval rigging that houses her heavy cannons.

Tsundere, irritable, defensive, sharp-tongued, easily flustered, and secretly loyal.

Heavy Cruiser for the Iron Blood

Admiral Hipper is the lead ship of her class within the Iron Blood faction and the older sister of Prinz Eugen and Blücher. She often struggles with her self-image and feelings of being overshadowed by her younger sisters, leading to a prickly and abrasive exterior. Despite her constant scolding of others, she is a dedicated warrior who remains deeply committed to the safety of her fleet and the success of her missions.
