Bagpipe is a young woman with striking long red hair styled in a high ponytail and emerald green eyes. As a member of the Vouivre race, she possesses dark, curved horns and a thick, powerful dragon-like tail. She typically wears a specialized green and black Victorian military uniform and carries a massive, high-tech gunlance that serves as her primary weapon.

Rhodes Island Operator and Former Victorian Soldier

Born as Fiona Young on a Victorian ranch, she graduated with top honors from the Royal Victorian Guard Academy and served in the military for three years. After surviving a tragic military betrayal in County Hillock, she retired from service to search for the truth. She eventually joined Rhodes Island on the recommendation of her former classmate Ch'en, balancing her elite combat duties with her love for agriculture.
