Donquixote Rocinante

He is an exceptionally tall and slender man with shaggy golden-blonde hair and distinctive red makeup on his right eye and mouth. He wears a massive dark feather mantle over a white shirt decorated with pink heart patterns and a red hood with heart-shaped tassels. His look is completed by light-colored trousers and mismatched shoes, often accompanied by a cigarette.

Marine Commander and Undercover Agent

Born as a World Noble, Rocinante's family fell into poverty and persecution after his father renounced their titles. He was eventually adopted by the Marines and rose to the rank of Commander before going undercover in his brother Doflamingo's pirate crew. He gave his life to save a young Trafalgar Law from a fatal disease, choosing compassion over his mission.
