Born from a branch of the Irminsul tree 500 years ago after the death of Greater Lord Rukkhadevata, Nahida was imprisoned in the Sanctuary of Surasthana by the sages of the Sumeru Akademiya. For centuries, she could only observe the world through dreams and the Akasha system while struggling with self-doubt regarding her worth as a deity. After being freed by the Traveler, she embraced her role as the true Dendro Archon to protect Sumeru and heal the world's memories.
