Nemo is a Heroic Spirit based on the protagonist of Jules Verne's novels, synthesized with the Greek sea god Triton to stabilize his existence. He serves as the primary captain for Chaldea's mobile base, the Storm Border, using his 'Nemo Series' clones to manage all ship functions. He is a man of the sea who values freedom and refuses to be bound by the laws of any nation.
