Ning Hai

Ning Hai is a petite girl with light purple-pink hair styled into signature large buns with long twintails and violet eyes. She wears a traditional sleeveless white and red cheongsam featuring gold trim and intricate patterns. She is frequently seen carrying a bamboo steamer full of meat buns, which serves as both a mascot and a snack.

Ning Hai is the lead ship of her class and a dedicated member of the Dragon Empery fleet. She lives a life of extreme frugality and intense training to help rebuild her faction's naval power alongside her sister, Ping Hai. Despite her small stature, she takes on the responsibility of managing the fleet's tight budget while constantly seeking out meat buns to satisfy her appetite.
