Talulah

Talulah is a tall woman with long, flowing silver-white hair and piercing orange-red eyes. She possesses distinct Draco traits, including two curved black horns and a thick, dark tail. She typically wears a heavy, fur-lined military coat over a high-collared black outfit, giving her an imposing and regal presence.

Charismatic, stoic, idealistic, resolute, and burdened.

Founder and former leader of the Reunion Movement.

Born as a Draco princess of Victoria, Talulah was kidnapped and raised by the Duke of Ursus, Kashchey, to be a tool of political manipulation. She eventually escaped to the frozen tundra where she founded the Reunion Movement to fight for the rights of the Infected. However, she was possessed by Kashchey's 'Deathless Black Snake' spirit, leading her to become a ruthless tyrant before eventually being stopped and seeking a path to redemption.
