Utage is a young woman of average height with short, messy sandy-blonde hair and bright amber eyes. Rhodes Island Operator and University Student

Originally an exchange student from Higashi studying in Lungmen, Utage contracted Oripathy during a school trip and sought treatment at Rhodes Island. She eventually passed the qualification tests to become a combat operator, where she uses her family's heirloom katana, Shishiō. Despite her carefree attitude and obsession with modern trends, she displays a terrifyingly serious side in battle.
