Barbara is a young girl with ash-blonde hair styled into two curly twin-tails and bright blue eyes. She wears a white and blue deaconess uniform featuring gold embroidery, multiple ruffles, and a small matching hat. Her Hydro Vision, which resembles a small glowing book, is secured to her waist to complement her radiant and hopeful appearance.

Deaconess of the Church of Favonius and Mondstadt's Shining Idol

Born as the daughter of Seamus Pegg and Frederica Gunnhildr, Barbara was raised within the Church of Favonius following her parents' separation. While she initially felt overshadowed by her successful older sister Jean, she found her own purpose as a healer and songstress after being inspired by the concept of 'idols.' Today, she serves as a dedicated deaconess who uses her musical talents and Hydro powers to mend both the bodies and spirits of the people in Mondstadt.
